Old North End

With stunning Victorian architecture and perfectly maintained historic homes.

Welcome to Old North End

A charming community minutes from downtown Colorado Springs

With stunning Victorian architecture and perfectly maintained historic homes, the small community of Old North End is a picture-perfect neighborhood located north of Colorado Springs. The neighborhood is listed as a historic district by History Colorado and features abundant green spaces for outdoor recreation, unique restaurants, and community-wide annual events. The area is so charming and inviting, it could almost be mistaken for a movie set!

After a major population boom in the early 1800s, the northern end of Colorado Springs experienced rapid residential developments. A majority of the homes in Old North End were built quickly, and thanks to the emergence of the gold mines in the area, many people were seeking to establish a laid-back community outside of the city. Large, Victorian homes were built and today, these homes are expertly maintained and preserved. The 1920s saw an explosion of Mediterranean-style homes built in the same neighborhood, furthering the town’s historic prominence and charm. With attractive, diverse properties in a well-maintained and proud community, Old North End is a fantastic place to call home.
