Fountain, Colorado is home to incredible views of Pikes Peak, rolling hills, and gorgeous parks and trails. The charming neighborhood boasts many features of country living while hosting urban amenities and upscale restaurants and shops. As one of the oldest incorporated towns in the Pikes Peak region, Fountain offers a small-town, family-friendly atmosphere with convenient access to Colorado Springs, which is only 20 minutes away by car. Fountain is also located close to Fort Carson, making it a popular place to call home for individuals who work on base.
 
Located in El Paso County, the neighborhood of Fountain was incorporated in 1900 and was primarily a shipping location for local ranchers. In 1999, Fountain was chosen as “America’s Millenium City” by The New York Times and received recognition in 2002 as an “All-America” City from the National Civic League for community excellence and citizen involvement.

Fountain Creek Regional Park offers 460 acres of trail space along Fountain Creek and includes a pond, creekside pathways, and the Fountain Creek Nature Center. Focused on educating the community, the nature center offers workshops and classes about local ecology in the Cattail Marsh Wildlife Area.
