Their team includes “friends you never knew you needed” with menu items like quesadillas with kimchi, nachos with a Caribbean twist, and spicy-smoky margaritas. If you’re in the mood for Asian fusion, stop by Chaang Thai, an authentic Thai food restaurant offering vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options in a cozy and homey atmosphere. Chaang Thai combines spicy, salty, sweet, sour, and bitter flavors to create a compelling menu that will send your taste buds into overdrive. Try the Thai boat noodle soup or the crispy pork belly, and don’t forget to finish your meal with fried bananas and homemade coconut ice cream for dessert.

The Margarita at Pine Creek has been a family-owned business since the late 1960s. Owners Pati and Ken Davidson started the restaurant on Pati’s family’s property and expanded the building and the menu in 1974. Over the last 19 years, Pati and her staff have grown the restaurant to become a Colorado Springs “go-to” spot for fine dining with a unique family history. They’re open for brunch, lunch, and dinner and feature rotating, seasonal menus. Everything is made in-house, including the bread and desserts, and the Margarita features a special five-course menu for special dinners.

The Promenade Shops at Briargate bring premier shopping to Colorado Springs. The open-air Promenade features over 50 different shops, dozens of restaurants, and hosts various events throughout the year. The pet-friendly area is centrally located off the I-25 Briargate Parkway and sits against a gorgeous mountain backdrop.
